What cities and towns does Eisses Excavating work in?
We offer excavation, demolition, haulage, septic installation, and more in Barrie, Innisfil, Stroud, Big Bay Point, Lefroy, Churchill, Thornton, Cookstown, Bradford and North York Region. Springwater, Vespra, Midhurst, Snow Valley, Minesing, Essa Township, Angus, Borden, Oro-Medonte, Hawkestone, Sugarbush & Horseshoe Valley, Orillia and the rest of Simcoe County.
Do you pickup and remove clean fill?
We remove or provide clean fill based on local market conditions which change from time to time. We accept slabs, rubble and chunks of concrete and asphalt at our pit at County Road 90 and Pinegrove Road in Springwater. There is no charge for dumping of concrete or asphalt at this location.
Do you do landscaping?
We do grading and site contouring, we building large retaining walls with armour stone or granite boulders and execute other landscaping projects that are "larger in scale" best suited for commercial buildings and luxury homes and estates. For an example of the kinds of landscaping we complete look at our Project Profiles for examples. We do not do lawn maintenance, tree planting, gardening or small landscaping projects.
Do you excavate for pool installations?
We do not install pools themselves but can excavate for in-ground pool installations even in tight quarters. We have equipment of all sizes and work to provide minimally invasive solutions whenever possible.
Do you dig basements and foundations?
Of course! Whether you are building a custom home, or a commercial plaza from the smallest single storey cottage to the tallest office tower we will excavate to the exact specification the engineers provide.
Do you accept credit cards?
We take Visa, Mastercard, cheques and cash on standard terms as defined on a job per job basis.
What professional affiliations or accreditations does Eisses Excavating have?
We are certified installers of Ecoflo Septic Systems and Waterloo Biofilter Septic Systems and are members of the Ontario Onsite Wastewater Association, the Canadian Federation of Independent Business, the Simcoe County Heavy Construction Association and the Barrie Construction Association.
Do you install septic systems or raised tile beds?
We have been installing all types of septic systems since the early 70's, so we are capable of installing a septic system to perform under any circumstances including residential, commercial, industrial and institutional. We work with many water front owners around Lake Simcoe to install wastewater systems that exceed the minimum standards and protect the environment.
